After Hours

Afterhours is a poster created for the Chicago Underground Film Festival. The assignment required the use of the phrase “after hours” and give it a surreal feel that is eye catching. In my poster, I played with the idea of after hours meaning after work. Two popular after work activities is going to a diner for food or going out to a bar

for drinks.In this scene I combined the two ideas to have
a couple drinking milkshakes. In order to give the poster
the feeling of being out of place, I set up a fancy diner at
a farm with milk cows, where the milk for the milkshake would have came from.
